Submission
Authors can submit their work in the form of a complete paper or an abstract. Complete papers can be submitted as a Regular Paper, representing completed and validated research, or as a Position Paper, portraying a short report of work in progress or an arguable opinion about an issue discussing ideas, facts, situations, methods, procedures or results of scientific research focused on one of the conference topic areas.
Authors should submit a paper in English. Please carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling,
addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Each paper should clearly indicate the
nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it
is applicable.
Paper Length and Format
Papers submitted to CESCM 2025 must be at least 6 full pages, and no more than 12 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Authors are required to submit their electronic papers in PDF format. Over-length papers will be rejected without review.
Submissions must be self-contained. CESCM 2025 will not accept any supplementary materials

- You can deliver a presentation on CESCM 2025, but the presented manuscript WILL
NOT be
published. Abstract is necessary to submit.
When submitting a complete paper please note that only original papers should be submitted. Authors must
make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or
simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings. Papers that contain any
form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews.
All papers must be submitted through the online submission platform below and should follow the instructions and templates that can be found above. After the paper submission has been successfully completed, authors will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.

All submissions will be treated in strict confidence until the publication date.
Guidelines for CESCM 2025Authors
1. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
2. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.
